hyung-hwan b795f0d53e added the experimental mpi_reduce() and MPI_REDUCE_XXXs to awk. MPI_REDUCE_XXXs are added as a global variable. it'd be more efficient to turn MPI_REUDCE_XXXs to constants. this may need something like qse_awk_addconst(). consider adding this new API function
